Nicholas Pooran sends one to orbit. (Photo credit: Associated Press)Six-hitting is an art that has almost become a necessity for batsmen in T20 cricket. This IPL 2025 season has seen many big-hitters come to the party and smash some monstrous sixes. Power has been in full display from players of all teams.
At ReverseScoop.com we take a look at who has hit the most sixes in IPL 2025 so far.
Without a doubt, Pooran’s name had to be on top of this list. There are no better batsmen in T20 cricket at the moment than the West Indian wicketkeeper batsman. Pooran has struck 31 sixes so far for Lucknow Super Giants in seven matches this season and is showing no signs of stopping.

Having the time of his life is Shreyas Iyer, who is riding high on confidence from Team India’s victorious Champions Trophy campaign. Iyer has hit 20 sixes in five matches for Punjab Kings. He has batted at a strike-rate of 208.33 and been the backbone of his side.
Only Shreyas Iyer looks like a player who shows promise of delivering big performances at clutch situations after Virat

It is BCCI's loss if Shrey doesn't comebacks in T20Is & Tests. He is looking far better T20 batter than likes of Abhi, Jaiswal, etc.pic.twitter.com/Q6ijWJzkms

The Australian opener has enjoyed his IPL stint this season so far, despite having missed one game. Marsh has smacked 17 sixes so far, in six matches for Lucknow Super Giants. His starts along with Aiden Markram have been critical for LSG to lay the foundation for big scores.

It is always nice to see raw talent stepping up and owning the limelight in the IPL. Priyansh Arya has done exactly that. He’s been a six-hitting machine for Punjab Kings as an opener alongside Prabhsimran Singh. The left-hander has hit 15 sixes in five games and even managed to hit his maiden century against Chennai Super Kings.

You don’t really expect Sai Sudharsan’s name to be in the list for the top six-hitters because hitting sixes doesn’t come naturally to him, but the left-hander has managed to hit 13 sixes in six games for Gujarat Titans. With four fifties already, he is showing just how important he is for Gujarat’s chances of going all the way.
